Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The item received is defective or damaged upon delivery
• The wrong item was received
• The return request is made within the allowed return period
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item is returned with original packaging, tags, dust bags, and all inclusions
  
• Proof of purchase is provided
• The return request is approved by MIDRAB ATELIER prior to sending the item back

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or made-to-order pieces
• Items returned in poor condition
• Beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items once opened or used
• Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life
• Items with broken or removed safety seals
• Items exposed to improper storage conditions after delivery
• Products purchased on sale, promotion, or marked as final sale

Exchange:

• Exchanges are allowed once per order
• Exchange is subject to item availability
• Return shipping of the original item and shipping for the replacement item will be shouldered by the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective

Refund
Refunds are only granted only if:

• The item received is defective or incorrect, and 
• An exchange cannot be completed because the same design is no longer available.
• Please note that all shipping fees are strictly non-refundable, including standard shipping, discounted shipping, promotional shipping, or subsidized shipping fees

• In cases where a shipping discount or subsidy was applied to the order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
