At MIDRAB ATELIER, every order is thoughtfully handled to ensure a seamless experience from our atelier to your doorstep. Each piece is carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged with care before it leaves our studio.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details. Please note that processing timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Provincial Areas: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 10-20 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on your exact location and courier scheduling, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

For international orders, delivery timelines may also vary based on your destination country, local customs clearance, and regional courier operations.

Shipping Fees

Customs & Duties

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You may also track your parcel through the courier’s online portal for real-time updates.
