At MIDRAB ATELIER, pre-orders give you early access to upcoming collections and limited releases before they officially arrive in stores.
🕊️ Processing & Start of Shipping
Each pre-order item has a defined start shipping date, clearly indicated on the product page.
Orders will begin shipping from that date onward, following our standard processing time of 1–2 business days.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, we will ship all items together once the pre-order items are ready — unless otherwise arranged.
💳 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your reservation.
This ensures that your piece is securely allocated and prioritized for dispatch once shipping begins.
📦 Delivery Timelines
Once shipping starts, our standard delivery timelines apply:
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 5–7 business days
- International: Based on our Shipping Policy
Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the stated timelines.

Pre-orders may be modified or canceled only before the published shipping date. Once shipping has begun, standard return and exchange policies apply.
