Sizing Guidelines
If it's your first time ordering, make sure you measure your feet in centimeter and select the shoe size based on our size conversion chart.
Please note that you may need to order a size bigger for pointed and/or flat shoes since the toe part is narrower compared to the standard shoes.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
Not satisfied with your shoes? We have a 7-day Return/Refund/Exchange Policy. Just make sure that the shoes are still in the same condition when you received it.

Care Instructions
You can protect new canvas shoes from dirt with a thin layer of spray starch, which helps to keep shoes clean longer
When your shoes starts to accumulate dirt, soak and scrub laces, get rid of loose dirt/debris, scrub the canvas (except for embroidered areas), spot clean stains, and dry canvas shoes
It is also recommended to use fabric shaver on Abaca sole and embroidered areas to help maintain its beauty
